Terms of Use for Hekate
Effective 24 October 2026 · Personal, single-user Google integration
Hekate is Kirill's privately operated AI assistant. Its Google integration is intended solely for his own authorized account and tasks. It is not a public service and does not offer accounts or access to other users.
Authorized use
The integration accesses Google services only through permissions granted by the Google account holder. Tasks such as preparing an inbox briefing, reading a calendar, drafting or sending a message, or editing a file are performed for the account holder. Access can be withdrawn through Google's account security settings.
Results and availability
Automated summaries and AI-generated output can contain errors. Kirill remains responsible for reviewing important messages, dates, files, and actions. The integration may be unavailable when Google, the local systems, the network, or related services are unavailable. This personal tool is provided as is, without a promise of uninterrupted operation or error-free results.
Google and other services
Use of Google services remains subject to Google's own terms. Delivery through a messaging service, if used, is subject to that service's terms. These terms do not alter those providers' agreements.
Privacy, changes, contact
The Privacy Policy describes data handling for the Google integration. These terms may be revised if the setup changes; the effective date will be updated. Questions: sanity@unosanity.uno.
